Certificate of Authority – Arizona LLC
Foreign Limited Liability Company in Arizona
If you own an LLC based outside of Arizona and you want to operate in Arizona, you will register your limited liability company as an Arizona foreign LLC. Once your paperwork is filed, the state returns a filed certificate of authority from the Corporations Division of the Arizona Secretary of State.
We can register your foreign LLC in Arizona for the state filing fee plus $100.
OR, you can do the filing yourself, and just sign up with us as your registered agent in Arizona. All foreign Arizona LLCs will require a registered agent. We offer this service from us for $49 a year.
Once you sign up for Arizona registered agent service, you will be logged into your client account online where you’ll find the Arizona foreign LLC form you file with the Corporations Division of the Arizona Secretary of State.
After taking a look at the resources we provide in your online account, if you do not want to actually file the paperwork yourself, you can click on the add services tab in your account, and get us to submit your filing for you for $100 plus the state filing fees.
